Join Chef Jerry in his Bronx Kitchen as he enlightens you on the background of Tapas culture, before taking you through the step-by-step instructions of how to construct each of the selected dishes. You will make your own Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelette), Shrimp Al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp), and Spanish Chorizo in a Red Wine Sauce. Get ready to sauté, roll, fry, and flip to your heart's content.
No experience is required! You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list required to replicate the meal from your own kitchen. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand. However, here's a list of the key ingredients you'll want to consider having with you to cook along with the chef: Red and White Wine, Brandy, Orange Juice, Sugar, Orange Liqueur or Triple Sec, Orange slices, Apple slices, Lemon slices, Mint Leaves, Club Soda, Ice, Eggs, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Chile Pepper, Olive Oil, Potatoes, Onion, Parsley, Shrimp, Chorizo (or sausage of your choice), and Honey.

Chef Jerry has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. He has worked in many restaurants and amassed a plethora of knowledge in different types of cuisines. His primary specialty has been in Spanish and Italian cooking. However for the past six years, his focus has been on creating healthy and dietary tolerant cooking including Keto, low carb and vegetarian cooking. Chef Jerry was also inspired to begin his own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle, in which to date he has lost over eighty pounds! He now wishes to share his experiences and inspire others to follow a healthy lifestyle as he himself has been inspired to make better life choices and enjoys cooking new dishes!
