Trying to come up with more creative activities to do as a couple? Why not try a cooking class together? In fact, why not take THIS cooking class! In this fun, hands-on and interactive class you'll make an appetizer and a main meal by following the step-by-step guidance of your chef instructor. By the end of the class you'll be ready to pour some wine and enjoy a delicious, romantic, and made-from-scratch meal together.
Join Chef Rich as he walks you through our Italian Date Night cooking class. The menu consists of a Tomato, Feta, and Onion Salad & Chicken Francaise Over Linguini.. Aside from learning the history of Rustic Italian cooking, you will also learn some helpful kitchen tips and knife skills along the way to help you and your partner become even more comfortable in the kitchen. Create sautéed chicken medallions in a parmesan batter, learn to cook pasta al dente, and assemble a bright and flavorful salad. This is a fantastic class filled with recipes you'll be able to serve at home or at your next dinner party.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Chef Rich will have a welcome drink (wine or beer) available for each guest, but guests are also welcome to BYOB.
