You will learn how to roll cake balls and mold cake pops with expert precision. Food Network competitor, Chef Briana, will teach several techniques for decorating, including the use of sprinkles, powders, sugars, and more! By the end of class you will have cake recipes and numerous decorating techniques to make cake balls and cake pops like a professional. We sure hope you like chocolate (and wine)!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.

Chef Briana is the owner of Sweet Bri's Bakery, a home-based bakery in Allen, Texas. She is a self-taught baker and decorator, specializing in custom decorated desserts. She loves to create decadent desserts that utilize fun and exciting flavors.

In her baking career, she has competed in several cake shows in Texas and Oklahoma. She won awards as high as Best in Show. In 2015 she was a baker on Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship (Season 2) and made it halfway through the competition.

Chef Briana loves sharing tips and tricks that she has learned throughout her career with others who are interested in baking and decorating sweet treats.
