Don your pastry chef hat as you make this dome-shaped dessert, consisting of chocolate cake, frozen chocolate mousse, and topped with chocolate glaze. Garnished with a delicious Hazelnut Crumb, this dessert just might win you the top prize! For this class, you will need a silicon semi-sphere mold, with at least 6 wells.
No experience is required! We will send you the equipment and ingredients list, which are easy to find and you may already have them in your home kitchen. Some essential ingredients for this class include: semi-sweet dark chocolate, whipping cream, white sugar, unflavored gelatin powder, AP flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, salted butter, icing sugar (confectioner's sugar), eggs, whole milk, roasted hazelnuts (or pecans or other nuts of your choice.
