Vegan Cheese Workshop

Description

Trends these days are heading more and more towards Plant-Based eating, and that doesn’t have to mean giving up everything that you love! Together in this class, we will create three different types of Plant-Based cheeses that will leave you so satisfied that you won’t even miss the old offerings. This class is an opportunity to learn how to create some extraordinary flavors and textures, right in your own home, and use them in any way you please.

Students will create their very own Smoked Gouda, Fresh Mozzarella, and a rich Sharp Cheddar spread. Once we’ve finished our beautiful creations, we will together build and enjoy a beautiful board of our cheeses along with decadent spreads, dried and fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, olives, bread, and more.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
