Join Chef Michele, in her Cape Cod kitchen, while she teaches you step-by-step how to make the perfect baked lasagna using her signature recipe. First you will make your pasta dough by mixing together flour and eggs until a nice dough is formed. A pasta machine or attachment is recommended in order to get the noodles as flat as possible.

Next, learn to make a delicious white sauce for this dish, to complement your favorite brand of tomato sauce. Then all that's left to do is strategically layer your homemade noodles with sauces and your favorite type of grated cheese before popping it into the oven to bake.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of crafting a beautiful meal from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: eggs, flour, milk, butter, salt, grated cheese, and red sauce.

Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session by measuring out your ingredients, grab a glass of wine, and let’s get cooking!

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

Guest requirement
We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
