Classically trained in all aspects of French cuisine, Chef Michele invites you into her home (virtually) to teach you how to prepare a cup of warming French Onion Soup with Croque Monsieur, the French version of a melted ham & cheese sandwich. If you're in the mood to fry up an egg and add it one top, then make it a Croque Madam!
The French take their food and drink very seriously. You visit the Boulangerie for your breads and the Fromagerie for your cheese. Supermarkets are definitely not the Parisienne way. The ingredients that really bring this meal to life are the quality breads and cheeses in your recipe. So don't be afraid to venture out of your comfort zone and pick up some specialty items to yield the best tasting meal.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to cook along with the chef include: olive oil, butter, onions, stock, thyme, salt, pepper, French bread (baguette recommended), sandwich bread, shredded cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, all purpose flour, milk, and ham.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!
