Brunch Batters

Description

Start the weekend off on a sweet note as you cook up your very own breakfast feast with your brunch dates in this fun and memorable class! Then once you've mastered these crowd favourite classics, invite your friends over for brunch at your place where you be the chef!

We can all relate to the beginners frustration of flipping the perfect pancake, mastering the finest crepe and perfecting a golden waffle. Forget about those failed attempts as our professional Chef Instructor enlightens you on their insider tips and tricks to ensure you never fail again! You will enjoy working alongside classmates learning to perfect the basics in creating an impressive brunch menu including a Pancakes with seasonal fruit compote, Nutella Crêpes and Waffles with maple syrup and freshly whipped cream! Once you have created your restaurant worthy brunch spread, enjoy a family-style feast with your newfound foodie friends!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Gluten-free options are available, please send an email to hello@cocusocial.com if you'd like to be accommodated so that we can give our chef a head's up!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group. Outside drinks are not allowed.
