This class can also be a whole family affair. Chef Jason will teach you the secret to making soft homemade pretzels from scratch. Follow the process of making the dough, which you will do several times throughout class so you'll be an expert pretzel maker in no time! Learn the recipe for three different pretzel flavors: plain, cumin, and raisin. Each will be paired with it's own cheesy dipping sauce, which you will also make along with the chef.
Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun afternoon creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jason throughout the class.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: all purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, active dry yeast, vegetable oil, raisins, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, cumin, onion, lime juice, and lemon juice.
