Handmade Pasta

Description

Learn the art of making beautiful and delicious fresh pasta from scratch!

In this fun and interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step in making hand-cut Pappardelle pasta served in an herbed tomato sauce, along with some warm and toasty garlic bread. Now that's amore! Escape to Italy for an evening to learn the art of making this indulgent dish from scratch- kneading the pasta dough, cutting it into its long and flat Pappardelle shape, and then learning the basics of making a fresh tomato sauce sans the cans. Sit down to enjoy your delicious plate of pasta before the class is through.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Amanda's house with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Amanda is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.
