Join our award-winning and multi-certified Chef Instructor as he teaches you the art of melting and tempering chocolate, using chocolate molds, and creating chocolate shells in order to make delicious Rocky Road bars and a variety of decadent Chocolate Truffles.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, most of which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. The class takes place in Chef Vince's studio apartment, with a 6ft table set up as a working space. Guests will also work in the kitchen. Chef Vince is maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Disposable gloves will be provided for guests to utilize throughout the class and extra masks are available if needed. Guests are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne.
