Trying to come up with more creative activities to do as a couple? Why not try a cooking class together? In fact, why not take THIS cooking class! In an hour and a half you'll make an appetizer, main meal, and dessert with step-by-step instruction from our chef. By the end of the class you'll be ready to pour some wine and enjoy a delicious, romantic meal together-from the comfort of home!

Join Chef Jerry from his kitchen in The Bronx, where he will teach you step-by-step to make a Double Tomato Bruschetta, Chicken Marsala, and Zabaglione for dessert. Zabaglione is a simple Italian dessert made from egg yolks, sugar, and sweet wine. So grab that bottle of Marsala and work it into both your entree and dessert! Chef Jerry will also be sure to teach you some helpful kitchen tips and knife skills along the way to help you become even more comfortable in the kitchen.

Invite your friends to join you for class and make it a group event! No previous cooking experience is required. You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jerry throughout the class and ask questions as you go.

You will receive an email with the recipe so you can prepare the ingredients and measurements beforehand. The main ingredients required to make this menu along with the chef include: tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, fresh parsley, mozzarella, baguette, salt, pepper, chicken breasts, all purpose flour, olive oil, prosciutto, mushrooms, marsala wine, chicken stock, butter, egg yolks, sugar, and fresh berries.

Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session, grab two glasses of wine, and let’s get cooking!

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Jerry has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. He has worked in many restaurants and amassed a plethora of knowledge in different types of cuisines. His primary specialty has been in Spanish and Italian cooking. However for the past six years, his focus has been on creating healthy and dietary tolerant cooking including Keto, low carb and vegetarian cooking. Chef Jerry was also inspired to begin his own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle, in which to date he has lost over eighty pounds! He now wishes to share his experiences and inspire others to follow a healthy lifestyle as he himself has been inspired to make better life choices and enjoys cooking new dishes!

We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Even tho the class started a little late, I had lots of fun and learned some new tips. Jerry kept things moving and got everyone involved. The recipes were very good -I didn't do well on my dessert but that was my fault! I will for sure do another classs.
