Cooking With Wine

Description

In this one-of-a-kind hands-on class you can drink your wine and eat it too!

Join us for some fun in the kitchen, as your chef instructor guides you step-by-step in making a beautiful Chicken Marsala dish served with potato and broccolini AND the most decadent Red Wine Chocolate Cake.

Are you sensing a pattern?! The star ingredient in both recipes is WINE. Your chef instructor will take you through each recipe, highlighting the nuances of cooking with marsala wine and baking with red wine. Each group will make a 4 inch cake, enough to serve 1-2 people. There will be plenty of food to enjoy! Plus, to really stay on brand guests are invited to bring their favorite bottle of wine to enjoy with their meal.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing, and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Amanda's house with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Amanda is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines.
