Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!

In this highly interactive and hands-on class, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - Tuna, Salmon, and California Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Aprons will be provided for you to use throughout class. This class is BYOB. Feel free to bring your favorite drinks to accompany your sushi rolls- Chef Scott recommends any Japanese beer or sake.

This class is BYOB! Bring your favorite drinks to accompany with your sushi rolls - Chef recommends any Japanese beer or sake. Please arrive 15 min early, wearing your masks. There is street parking available near the venue, as well as an affordable paid parking at the Holiday Inn hotel next door for $5. Please let them know you are coming to an event at FEMX.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

A great class by Chef Scott with the help of his wife who was super sweet too!! He was funny, kind and explained things well. He taught me how to make three amazing rolls and I was proud of myself with his detailed instruction. Awesome fun facts and recommendations he’d throw at us throughout class.
