Personal Pizza Party

Description

There's no better party than a pizza party! Especially when the pizza is entirely homemade.

In this class you’ll learn how to make your own personal size pizza from scratch, from choosing the best flours to selecting the perfect topping combinations, to mastering the secrets to getting the perfect crust. The tomato sauce base will utilize only the freshest ingredients: tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and chili flakes. You’ll also learn a bit of pizza history, including its early beginnings, regional pizza variations in Italy along with some other tidbits. Prepare a nice leafy green salad with a homemade dijon vinaigrette before sitting down to eat!

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Amanda's house with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Amanda is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.
