You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list, which consist mainly of staple pantry items and those that are frequently stocked at your local store or farmer's market. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand.
You will have an opportunity to interact with Chef Duane throughout the class and ask questions at the end.
