Many people are intimidated by its technique-dependent preparation but Chef Cassidy will show you how effortless and fun the process can be! Using seasonal organic vegetables to make the perfect dish to impress guests for special occasions yet easy enough to whip up in 30 minutes on a weeknight. You will also learn to make Ricotta from scratch to enjoy with fresh bread. A wine pairing will be provided to accompany your homemade meal.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you wish to recreate these at home after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting.

*This class is BYOB! The class will take place inside Chef's home with plenty of space to social distance. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Cassidy is a private chef based in the Greater Los Angeles area. Her work ranges from in home preparation for families and one on one or group cooking classes to special private events and pop up dinners. With a background in nutritional focused preparation, Chef Cassidy is drawn to the abundance of fruits and vegetables California has to offer. Her dishes utilize organic ingredients whenever possible and are known to showcase a range of color and highlight the beauty of these ingredients.

Where the class will be
Guest requirement
This class is BYOB (though a wine pairing will be provided from Chef Cassidy)! At this time, all guests are required to wear masks during class regardless of vaccination status. Your chef instructor will wear a mask throughout the entire class as well. Guests will be allowed to remove their masks when eating and drinking. As a result, booking parties will be socially distanced from one another while eating. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. There is metered parking available on surrounding streets. Parking is free on Wilshire after 7pm. Always read the street signs in case there are any temporary changes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to account for parking.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
