Parisienne Gnocchi

Description

Delve into the world of French culture and expand your horizons in a class that teaches you to make handmade Gnocchi like you've never had before.

This one of a kind hands-on cooking class teaches you to cook from within the kitchen of the beautiful Boston restaurant, Bastille Kitchen. You'll learn first hand how to cook your Gnocchi from the restaurant's own Executive Chef.

You'll be taught how to make classic French Pate a Choux from scratch. Instead of turning it into a sweet treat, such as profiteroles or eclairs, you will make a savory dish- Parisienne Gnocchi. Pair your French-style pasta with a rich Brown Butter Sage sauce made with French double cream. Execute some restaurant caliber plating before sitting down to enjoy your delicious meal along with a well deserved French wine, or drink of choice.

No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue 21+ only.
