The Art of Cake Decoration: Succulent Cupcakes

Description

You read it correctly - this is a cake decorating class not a plant workshop! How about adding some vibrant green to your indoor space in a delicious way? By the end of this class, you would be well equipped with various different piping techniques and decorating tips. No more splurging on expensive bakery cupcakes, it's time to try your hand at creating your very own artsy gourmet cupcakes!

In this fun and hands-on class, you’ll learn tips and techniques for making scrumptious cupcakes that look like your favorite succulent plants and flowers that are approachable enough for you to try in your own home kitchen. You’ll be guided step-by-step through baking of the cake base, concocting magical icings, and the art of piping and last but not least, the eating! You will be able to box up the cupcakes to go. For the environment and extra safety measure, we highly encourage you to bring your own reusable containers to store your cupcakes. These life-like succulent cupcakes may be too pretty to eat but we bet they won't last too long!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you wish to recreate these at home after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. When we say small group, we mean it! This special class with a highly experienced professional pastry chef Brittany will only allow up to 6 people at each class so you and your partner are sure to have all the attention to ensure you walk away with valuable knowledge.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask.
