Fresh Handmade Pasta

Description

To ensure proper social distancing is in place, this venue can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

There’s nothing quite so satisfying as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. It’s is easier than you might think!

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful shapes. You will learn to make two different pasta dishes, Mushroom & Spinach Pasta, as well as a Bolognese Pasta-aligning with seasonality!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Please ensure you arrive promptly with proof of Covid-19 vaccination and a form of ID for each participant. This class is NOT BYOB and drinks are NOT available for purchase at the venue. You will be provided with a takeaway container to enjoy your food at home after class, free from wearing your mask.

It was a great experience. The chef took the time to show us so we can learn what to do and also guided us through the process. It was very organized and the service was great.
