In this hands-on, interactive class, you will learn step by step how to create classic Thai dish, Pad Thai with chicken. From properly preparing the rice noodles to stir-frying up the fresh ingredients, you will learn the secrets of making the perfect Pad Thai. No Thai meal is complete without a serving of spring rolls! You will learn to use proper knife skills to prepare the fillings, stuff, then roll the wonton wrappers before cooking them to crispy perfection. Accompanying this appetizing dish is equally addictive home-made peanut sauce, adding sweet, savory, and nutty flavors to your meal.

Once you have finished making you dishes, we will dine together and say cheers to celebrate the fruits of our labor!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Chef Rodolfo has been in the foodservice industry for over 24 years, working his way up from the dish pit to an executive chef. He has worked for the world’s top two largest food management companies as an executive chef with his biggest day being 13,000 guests. I has had the pleasure of serving former first lady Michelle Obama, singer Alicia Keys, the entire 2001 world series champions AZ Diamondbacks amongst many other public figures. Chef Rodolfo believes food should be a fun, memory making experience. He enjoys traveling and experiencing local food everywhere he goes.

Where the class will be
Guest requirement
Guests are invited to BYOB wine, champagne or beer. Guests are also advised to bring their own aprons to class. Masks should be worn at all times and gloves will be provided. You will be stationed with your party, otherwise social distancing guidelines will be in place.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

The class was a lot of fun. I would be interested in doing more of the prep stuff too. It was nice to have everything laid out, but if I'm gonna cook this at home, I'll need to know how to slice the chicken and how to cook the pork mixture and cabbage and things like that. I know time didn't permit us to do all that but I'd be down for a longer class that actually went into all the prep stuff. A+ though. I had a blast and the food was good and Chef and daughter made a great team!

The experience was totally awesome! Chef Reyes took his time to show us step by step what to do and he even gave us suggestions on alternate products that we can use as substitute, which was very helpful.
