She has worked at a variety of bakeries and restaurants in the Los Angeles area where she has practiced and honed her cooking and pastry skills. She has also taught private classes (health focused) to children and adults at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.

It was a very delightful evening! Not only could we sip wine from the bar, but Joanna's calm and informative presentation was a good learning experience. I can't wait to try the recipe myself.
