There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!

Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating an orecchiette pasta and two delicious sauces, which are classic marinara sauce and butter sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We will also share some of our favorite markets to source these fresh ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.

No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive.

Meet your chef instructor

Tameka was born, and raised in New England. During those times of snapping peas, and making pies, Tameka’s love and curiosity of food began, as she helped her grandmother prepare, and cook Sunday dinner. With the memories of different meals, and conversations in mind, Tameka decided to attend, and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.

Tameka has worked in many facets of the culinary industry. She now focuses on being a caterer, personal chef and culinary instructor. Tameka wants to bring people together through food and fun, in a laidback atmosphere.

Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Cancellation policy

Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

We all came pretty hungry, I would say maybe make a note that the we are making what we are eating and no other food is served. Otherwise it was great, had a fun time.
