Learn the art of making the most classic Italian American dish, Spaghetti & Meatballs. In this 2.5 hour hands-on class you will learn the proper techniques for making pasta, sauce, and meatballs-all completely from scratch!
In this fun and interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step in making hand-cut Fettuccine pasta served in an herbed tomato sauce. While your pasta dough is resting it's time to assemble your meatballs. Chef Amanda's recipe uses half ground pork and half ground beef to really seal in the flavor, along with additional seasonings. After shaping your pasta, you will cook it off and combine your noodles, meatballs and sauce into one big pot to stir all of the flavors together before plating and thoroughly enjoying the fruits of your labor.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Amanda's house with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Amanda is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.
