Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro?
In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, our expert Chef Instructor will take you through the art of building sushi for flavor, with some fun and traditional new ingredients. You’ll be guided step-by-step in the skills required to make rolls at home.
Try your hand at popular rolls like California and Spicy Tuna with Avocado. Then spice it up with a Salmon Hand Roll! You can be sure that only the freshest vegetables and ingredients will be used to take your tastebuds on this delicious, next level, culinary journey.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Outside drinks are NOT allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from Elmhurst Brewing Co throughout your class. 21+ only.

There is not a position in the restaurant that Chef Alex has not held working 25 years in Japanese cuisine. From Chicago to Tokyo and back, everything from commercial tuna and seafood work to Izakaya and Teppanyaki has left its mark (usually visible) as Chef Alex continues to show everyone fun and stress free ways to be sociable AND learn something of Japanese food.

Guest requirement
Masks are required at all times in the venue aside from when you are seated and eating or drinking. Guests are also welcome to bring their own aprons to class. Outside drinks are NOT allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
