Discover the pleasure of making delicious handmade ravioli with a creamy ricotta and pear filling paired with a rich brown butter and sage sauce!
You'll first begin by making your fresh pasta dough from scratch. While the dough rests, your Chef Instructor will walk you through how to make your ricotta and pear filling. Then you'll learn how to use a pasta machine to roll the dough into thin sheets and the secret to cutting, filling, and sealing each ravioli. Next up, chef will show you how to make a delicious brown butter and sage sauce that will surely impress your next dinner guests!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.
