Handmade Lemon Ricotta Ravioli

There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

If you love fresh ravioli, but don't think you could ever replicate what you would order from a restaurant, this class will prove you wrong. Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch. After forming and kneading your dough, you will use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll it out before filling your pasta sheets with a delicious and lemon ricotta filling. Pair your ravioli with a simple, yet authentic brown butter sage sauce. Then sit down and enjoy eating your beautifully satisfying meal, in great company.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Faith hails originally from Karnes City, TX just south of San Antonio. She began studying education at Texas State University before switching gears and baking here in Austin at Auguste Escoffier Culinary School of Culinary Arts. She has been in the industry for the last 5 years working in a high volume bakery and is a decorator and lead for her bakery in the daytime.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Faith was an engaging and helpful instructor! I do think we could have started the class earlier to allow the pasta to rest a little more. The pasta was good, but chewy. However, it was my first time making pasta. Great date idea!

Chef Faith was fantastic. She was engaging and really charismatic. She took the time to show each step and then walked the space to ensure all the guests were understanding what was needed, and if they were struggling took the time to make minor suggestions. The class was a lot of fun and the space was beautiful. I will recommend this to friends and family and highly recommend classes with Chef Faith.
