There’s nothing quite as satisfying as fresh, handmade pasta- especially when you’ve crafted it yourself! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make silky pappardelle pasta from scratch, paired with a vibrant herby marinara sauce.
Your chef instructor will guide you step-by-step through mixing and kneading the dough, rolling and cutting perfect ribbons of pappardelle, and preparing a flavorful sauce using simple, fresh ingredients. You’ll discover tips for achieving that perfect al dente texture and how to bring restaurant-quality Italian flavor to your own kitchen.
By the end of class, you’ll leave not just full, but confident in your ability to recreate this classic pasta dish at home- from dough to delicious dinner!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price and will be available to purchase from the venue bar.
