Warm up with a cozy, hands-on pasta-making experience and discover the joy of creating fresh pasta from scratch. In this interactive class, Chef Mike will guide you through every step- from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and shaping delicate ravioli and agnolotti.
You’ll craft beautiful squash and ricotta-filled ravioli, the perfect combination of creamy, savory, and slightly sweet. Chef Mike will also demonstrate how to prepare a rich garlic brown butter herb sauce to complement your handmade pasta.
Throughout the class, you’ll learn essential pasta-making techniques, how to use a pasta machine, and tips for sourcing the freshest ingredients and essential tools for recreating the experience at home.
By the end, you’ll not only enjoy a comforting, homemade pasta meal but also gain the skills to bring warmth and flavor to your own kitchen all season long.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive.
