Discover the art of sushi-making and bring your culinary skills to new heights in this fun, hands-on cooking class! In this casual, social environment, you’ll learn how to prepare sushi from scratch, including making the rice and accompanying sauces. Under the guidance of an instructor, you'll explore the rich cultural heritage of sushi, learn essential techniques, and create 3 delicious rolls to savor. All dishes include vegetarian-friendly options.

No experience is necessary! We provide all the equipment and fresh ingredients, making it easy to dive in and create delicious sushi that’s perfect for a quick lunch, a dinner party, or impressing your guests. Our classes are designed to be approachable and fun for everyone—whether you’re an enthusiastic sushi lover or a first-time sushi maker who just wants to try something new. We prepare your station with all supplies, so it’s a super easy activity for team building with coworkers, socializing with friends, or enjoying a date night.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

Find us within a half mile of SouthPark Mall. We’re seven miles from Uptown Charlotte, and four miles from Queens University of Charlotte. Bank of America Stadium and Carowinds Amusement Park are both within a 20-minute drive. We offer a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Enjoy breakfast at The Garden Grille and dinner and drinks at Bar 4808.
Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
