Join us for a fun and hands-on experience, exploring the sweet and wonderful world of chocolate!

In this beginner chocolate class, you will learn how to create fun and exciting combinations of chocolate ganache truffles. Let your imagination run wild with the unlimited options that chocolate has to offer. Our Pastry Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step in the process of how to make ganache, roll and hand dip your chocolates. Choose from a variety of coatings and toppings to create your very own decadent dessert.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step, as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please.

Chef Anny is a passionate cake decorator and pastry chef that loves to teach and share this passion with others. With more than 10 years of experience She has honed her skills in the art of baking, cake decorating and pastry. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Peru and has been a certificate Instructor for the renowned brand on cake decorating industry as Wilton and PME.

What began as a hobby, became a passion, and out of it came the events that brought us all together. Each of the four founders was an avid homebrewer and each had our own favorite styles of beer that we liked to brew and keep in our beer fridges. As we started to brew together, we realized that each of us could contribute a sort of expertise of those styles, that combined, would lend to a fairly diverse and well-represented tap wall. Thus DECA was born. DECA is a hangout place for beer fanatics from all around Houston. Located in Porter Texas this craft brewery has ton of beer options to choose from for any type of beer lovers.

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
