Handmade Pasta 101

Description

Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the exquisite world of Italian cuisine.  In this class you will learn the basics of Pasta making and by the end will have made your very own pasta and sauce from scratch! Chef Sean will teach everything you need to know and will guide you through all stages of the cooking process.  You'll learn the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency as well as the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection.  You'll also master the art of creating a vibrant and flavorful fresh pesto sauce using sunflower seeds. After topping your creation with fresh cherry tomatoes (and of course some extra cheese) - you'll sit down to enjoy your dish with your new foodie friends!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).  

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party.  BYOB is welcome, so for those over 21+ please feel free to bring your own beer and wine. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase from the hotel's market.  Bring your curiosity and appetite! To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
