Neapolitan Pizza

This class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Want to learn to make pizza like a pro? In this class you will learn the history, prep and construction of the iconic Neapolitan pizza. Mix, form and top your own pizza dough to create a delicious Italian pie that you can easily recreate in your own home.

Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make your own dough, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques and how to achieve the perfect crust. You will also make one ball of dough to take home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne)

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+.

Chef Cregg is a southern California based Chef & food stylist with years of professional culinary experience. Chef Cregg has been featured in various Food Network competitions and along with commercial and television clients, he has also done extensive work in print and packaging for publications and companies he has been the principal food stylist for over 20+ cooks books in addition to working at Michelin star restaurants and 4 star hotels and bouquet catering companies in San Francisco.

The space is located in a historic artist loft building located near the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles.
Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. Please contact customer service to assist with your booking if you arrive late at hello@cocusocial.com

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Perfect experience! A great date night, Chef Cregg Green is so knowledgable and fun, the perfect host. We each made multiple (individual size) pizzas and *then* we got to eat them in class, absolutely delicious! And we got to take home pizza dough, (that we made in class), enough for 2 future pizzas. Very reasonably priced as well, we were thrilled and we will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 stars!
