Crunchy Mango (Chef’s Special!) – A crowd-pleasing highlight featuring juicy mango, tangy vegan cream cheese, red onion, and avocado rolled in crispy panko. Finished with spicy mayo and luscious vegan unagi, it’s sweet, crunchy, and downright irresistible.

With over 10 years dedicated to professional gastronomy, Chef Pablo's culinary journey began with a solid foundation in a little town called Concón in Chile, South America. Chef Pablo has worked in kitchens throughout the world including Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, France, Germany and USA including valuable experience at Kusaki LA. This immersion has allowed me to master everything Sushi. Recently, In my last years I have been redefining sushi with a Vegan twist and combining it with the Peruvian flavors using all the Japanese techniques. Chef Pablo invites you to join him to discover not only how to make sushi but also to understand the tradition, technique, and balance that make this dish a true form of art. See you in class!

Reflecting the bold, adventurous spirit of California, Moxy Downtown Los Angeles is a haven for modern nomads in LA’s creative epicenter. Our hotel near Crypto.com Arena, formerly Staples Center, is located on Figueroa Street and is steps away from the LA Convention Center and LA Live.
Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. Outside drinks are not allowed. Beverages are available for purchase at our partner's bar-Bar Moxy.  The Bar Moxy will offer a 2 for 1 drink special before class start time with your booking confirmation. This offer is only valid before the class begins. Parking is available in various paid lots nearby or onsite valet is avail for $35.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+.


Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
