Learn the tips and tricks from a professional sushi chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class, You will learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - Spicy Tuna, California Roll and Chef's "Catch of the Day" .

All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available to purchase at our partner venue bar.

Established in 2014, MacLeod Ale Brewing Company offers a huge selection of craft beer, brewed in Van Nuys, including traditional British Cask ale. A great spot to hang out with plenty of seats indoors and outdoors.
Guest requirement

BYOB is not allowed. Delicious brews are available to purchase at our partner venue bar. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Dietary requests cannot be accommodated for public events so please reference the dietary restrictions that are met by this class above. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Vic was a gem and a GREAT chef/instructor. My wife and I received tickets (as a Xmas gift) to Vic's Sushi Making 101 class after I mentioned how I wanted to start making sushi at home. I'm glad I opened my fat mouth! His class was super accessible and he taught well and he was engaged with all of the participants. He had everything that was needed already set up for us all and it was super clean. Oh, and the ingredients were really tasty as well! My wife and I were so pleased with the experience and are going to actively pay attention to our calendar and his to catch one of his next classes he teaches. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone interested to consider the experience with Vic.
