Get ready for a fun, hands-on adventure in the kitchen! We’re talking fresh, warm corn tortillas straight from the griddle, juicy, spice-packed pork carnitas, and all of your favorite toppings. You’ll be creating perfect tacos from scratch—yes, even the tortillas!
Whether you're planning a memorable date night or a lively evening with friends and family, this class is the place to be.
In this high-energy, interactive class, Chef Lui will take you step-by-step through making corn tortillas (trust us, it’s way easier than you think!). He’ll also show you how to whip up an authentic tomato salsa —and everyone will get in on the action. Once your tortillas are ready, you’ll load them up with marinated pork (a mushroom based vegetarian option will also be available) plus all the crave-worthy toppings—fresh salsa, spicy sauce, chopped onions and cilantro.
By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills and confidence to turn taco night into a flavor-packed fiesta every time. Get ready to level up your taco game with expert tips, tons of fun, and the most delicious tacos you’ve ever had!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as enjoyable for cooking enthusiasts who want to be involved in every step as it is for first-timers who prefer to observe and assist (or just taste-test).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Chef Lui – A Culinary Journey Across Continents.
Chef Lui began his culinary career in 2001 at a seasonal family restaurant and hasn’t stopped cooking since. After earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of Argentina, his passion for global flavors led him to work in prestigious kitchens across Mexico, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, and Minneapolis—where he now owns his own restaurant.
With extensive experience in restaurant and hotel openings, Chef Lui has mastered a wide range of cuisines, from Latin American to Middle Eastern, and European to American. Beyond his culinary expertise, he is deeply passionate about teaching and sharing his love for food with others. Whether mentoring aspiring chefs or leading interactive cooking classes, Chef Lui finds joy in inspiring others through the art of cooking.
