The Art of French Pastry

Be transported to Paris' Le Cordon Bleu for an evening of French Pastry!

In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create Eclairs and Profiteroles! Master this easy recipe and you can make many pastries most bakers are scared to try! Before you know it you will have also learnt the basics to Choux Pastries!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Groups of 1 or 2 may be asked to join another group in order to share equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
