Ready to stretch your culinary skills?
Join Chef Madeline for a hands-on cheese-making workshop designed for curious beginners and food lovers alike! In this interactive class, you’ll learn the magic of turning milk into pillowy-soft fresh mozzarella—from heating and curd formation to the satisfying art of stretching and shaping. Working in friendly teams of four, each group will craft a full batch of cheese from scratch using real rennet and stovetop techniques.
Create Fresh Mozzarella + Caprese:
Once your mozzarella has been perfectly rested and chilled, you’ll slice and plate a vibrant Caprese salad using ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and high-quality olive oil—the ideal companion to your hand-stretched cheese. It’s delicious, beautifully photogenic, and absolutely satisfying to enjoy right after making!
Whether you're looking for a unique date night, a family-friendly outing, or an unforgettable social experience with friends or coworkers, this workshop offers the perfect blend of culinary discovery, food science, and shared enjoyment. All tools and ingredients are provided!
