Discover the joy of making fresh pasta and turning into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli.

Learn the art of mixing your own seasoned pasta dough from flour and roll it into thin sheets to shape your ravioli. Next you will make a fresh ricotta filling elevated with fresh Parmesan breadcrumbs. Finally, we will create a delicious and impressive Castelvetrano tomato sauce, which is simply a classic tomato sauce with olives. Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico.  He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.

In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages.  He speaks Spanish, English and French.  He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time.  He also loves milkshakes!

Guest requirement
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Guests with single tickets may be asked to work with another individual or small group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Learning to make pasta from scratch has been a cooking goal for a while, and I'm glad I learned how to make ravioli. My boyfriend and I had a great time working together to prepare the dough, and the ravioli was delicious. Chef Sandro was helpful with feedback about the dough consistency!

We enjoyed our time here and loved the way that our pasta turned out. There are definitely a few things that could be improved though. We were a group of 3 and we only got 2 sets of ingredients and two cutting boards/stations to share. I feel like for the price, we each should’ve been able to fully make our own pasta. There also wasn’t water which felt like an easy fix. You had to fully leave the class and go into the hotel lobby, wait in line at the bar, and order a water if you wanted any with your meal. Other than that, the class was new and fun.
