Learn the art of mixing your own seasoned pasta dough from flour and roll it into thin sheets to shape your ravioli. Next you will make a fresh ricotta filling elevated with fresh Parmesan breadcrumbs. Finally, we will create a delicious and impressive Castelvetrano tomato sauce, which is simply a classic tomato sauce with olives. Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico. He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.
In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time. He also loves milkshakes!
