Authentic Tagliatelle al Pesto

Description

Learn the art of fresh pasta-making in this hands-on Italian cooking experience.

Join us for an interactive class where you'll learn the techniques behind two Italian favorites: fresh handmade pasta and authentic basil pesto. Guided by your chef instructor, you'll gain the skills to recreate these classic recipes at home while enjoying a fun and social cooking experience.

What You'll Make

Using a mortar and pestle, you'll prepare vibrant basil pesto the traditional way before making silky egg tagliatelle completely from scratch. Your chef instructor will guide you through each step, from mixing and rolling the dough to pairing it with your homemade pesto. Then, sit down and enjoy your freshly prepared meal.

Perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or anyone looking to build their cooking skills, this class combines hands-on learning, authentic techniques, and plenty of delicious bites. All ingredients and equipment are provided—just bring your appetite.
