In this fun, hands-on mixology class, a master mixologist will guide you through the essentials of stocking a home bar, building classic cocktails, and adding creative twists to familiar favorites. You’ll learn the techniques behind each cocktail while tasting the full menu along the way.
Classic Cocktails & Creative Twists:
Your mixologist will demonstrate each cocktail, including a Classic Martini and Lavender Lemontini, Margarita and Spicy Margarita, and Old Fashioned and Mesquite Smoked Old Fashioned. You’ll then work with a partner to make and enjoy your two favorite cocktails from the menu.
You’ll also learn how to make simple syrup from scratch and create stylish garnishes, from classic olives and lemon twists to a few more imaginative finishing touches. Each guest will take home an e-booklet with cocktail recipes, tips for stocking a well-equipped home bar, and space to note your personal preferences.
Whether you’re looking to impress your guests, sharpen your bartending skills, or simply enjoy a fun night out, this class offers the perfect mix of technique, creativity, and cocktails. All tools and ingredients are provided!

Our classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed for all comfort levels. Your station will be fully prepped with ingredients and equipment so you can focus on learning, mixing, and enjoying the experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. We are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are attending with a larger group. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+ only.
Carolyn is a Singer, Songwriter and Performer who lives and entertains in Manhattan at 54 Below, Lincoln Center, Town Hall, to name a few few. Before she had achieved success in her performance career, she was a chef and a bartender- and SHE LOVED IT. She tended bars and catered events in Provincetown, MA, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Baltimore and in many a private homes for illustrious clients in the NYC entertainment industry. Carolyn's specialty cocktails, innovative recipes and vivacious energy have taken her to vacation spots in Europe, The Hamptons, Nantucket and the Bahamas where she loves to teach people how to pour the perfect drink or serve unforgettable dishes for every season and occasion. She can teach you the skills and secrets, so your guests will be as impressed and pleased as hers. Join her for magical moments in mixology and cooking that you'll never forget.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
