There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.  Immerse yourself in the nostalgia that comes from making a delicious plate of pasta completely from scratch.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle.  Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine.  Then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle.

Everyone will participate in making a large batch of Puttanesca sauce from scratch.  Your Chef Instructor will also demonstrate how to enjoy your pasta with something as simple as garlic and olive oil for those looking for a lighter dressing.  As an added bonus, guests will prepare garlic bread to be enjoyed with their plate of pasta and fresh sauce.  Buon Appetito!  It doesn't get much better than that!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Meet your chef instructor

Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico.  He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.

In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages.  He speaks Spanish, English and French.  He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time.  He also loves milkshakes!

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Guests with single tickets may be asked to work with another individual or small group.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

I really enjoyed the pasta-making process with Chef Sandro. He was very helpful, informative, and patient. It was me and my fiancé first time making pasta from scratch and learning about the puttanesca sauce. It was very delicious, and the garlic bread with a perfect addition to the meal. I would recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful time with our chef making Putinesque sauce. Everything was delicious (maybe slightly too salty + too much oil) but it was a really fun time! The garlic bread was a yummy addition and we're glad we got to have some! I would recommend our chef again!
