Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. You’ll learn to make three types of sushi rolls: Spicy Tuna roll, Traditional Veggie Maki roll, and a Salmon Avocado Sushi roll. Guests will also make their own ponzu sauce.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+
Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico. He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.
In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time. He also loves milkshakes!
