Get ready to roll up your sleeves as you follow step-by-step guidance to create a quick-rising dough, select the optimal flour, and master essential kneading techniques for achieving the ideal, thick pizza crust.

Our focus will be on crafting the Neapolitan-style pizza, Italy's culinary icon. However, you can allow your inner culinary artist to shine as you personalize your masterpiece with an array of popular toppings. Join us for a fun and interactive experience, where you will not only learn the secrets behind authentic pizza making but also get to savor the delicious results of your newfound skills!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class. Each pair will make one large pizza to share (usually 16"). Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Meet your chef instructor

Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico.  He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.

In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages.  He speaks Spanish, English and French.  He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time.  He also loves milkshakes!

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Each pair will make one large pizza to share (usually 16"). Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
