Italian Date Night: Fresh Handmade Pasta

Description

If you're looking for a fun idea for a date night, look no further than this hands-on Italian cooking class.

In this fun and interactive hands-on class, you will learn to make Fettuccine pasta from scratch, along with a premium roasted garlic tomato basil sauce. Your pasta will be served with crispy brussel sprouts and an assortment of fried herbs. Plus, your Chef Instructor will teach you how to plate like a pro!

All ingredients will be seasonally and locally sourced to make the perfect pasta dish. You will work as a pair to make each recipe, all while learning some knife skills and cooking techniques along the way. After all the hard work is done you will get to sit down and enjoy your delicious pasta. Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of Italian wine to enjoy with your meal. You can be sure the dishes will be satisfying for your stomach and your soul as you bond with your partner, family member, friend, or a roommate over this fun, creative, and teamwork oriented class.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive on time. You are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne.

It was nice experience. Eric took a good care: served wine, appetizers, pasta. A few things are that the pasta was from semolina. Kitchen for 5 people is too small. We didn’t really cook pasta itself. If you have time and want to try something you can come.
