In two fun-filled hours you can become a confident bartender, creating fun holiday themed cocktails, to the delight of your guests. A master mixologist will walk you through how to stock a basic bar and create the following drinks from scratch: Peppermint Stick Martini, Smoking Cinnamon Old Fashioned, Ginger Tajin Margarita, and Cranberry Ginger Gin Fizz. There's no better way to get into the holiday spirit, than with some holiday spirits!
The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail (along with a few others), giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list. The class includes a segment on making simple syrup from scratch and utilizing stylish garnishes. You take away an e-booklet on the well stocked bar including recipes for cocktails, and a space for you to note your personal preferences.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
