In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how these two culinary traditions come together to create colorful, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes.
What You Will Learn:
You'll learn the techniques behind three Peruvian-inspired sushi dishes: a Tuna Maki Roll, Sweet Potato Maki Roll, and Salmon Yuke, a fresh salmon tartare. You'll also prepare two traditional Peruvian pepper-based sauces to enjoy alongside your sushi. From preparing your ingredients and building each dish to the final plating, you'll learn techniques you can recreate at home while exploring the flavors of Nikkei cuisine.

Your station will be fully prepared with all the tools, equipment, and fresh ingredients needed for the class.
