Spanish Kitchen: Paella & Gazpacho

Description

This class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Transport yourself to Spain in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare one of the country's most iconic dishes: Paella. Guided by your chef instructor, you'll create a beautifully balanced paella featuring fragrant saffron rice, chicken and seasonal vegetables, while mastering the techniques that make this beloved dish a centerpiece of Spanish cuisine.

To complement the meal, your chef will also demonstrate how to prepare a classic  gazpacho, sharing tips on balancing fresh tomatoes, vegetables, olive oil, and vinegar to create this refreshing Spanish favorite.

Along the way, you'll discover the foundations of Spanish cooking, learn how to build bold, authentic flavors, and pick up tips for sourcing quality ingredients at home. Whether you're looking to expand your culinary skills or impress friends and family at your next dinner party, you'll leave with the confidence to recreate this delicious Spanish feast in your own kitchen.

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
