You don't have to travel to Chicago to get your fill of Deep Dish Pizza. Join us in this 2 hour hands-on class where you will learn to make deep dish pizza from scratch! Start by making your pizza dough (stand mixers with a dough hook attachment or electric mixers are recommended). While it rests, learn to make a simple yet delicious tomato sauce from scratch. Prepare your toppings, choosing between meat lovers, extra cheese, or veggie. We welcome all the creativity!

To ensure that this class is extra sweet, Chef Michele will take you through the process of making homemade Chocolate Panna Cotta for dessert! This class is for the dairy lovers- cheese, cream, and chocolate. We've got you covered on what's sure to be a delicious meal, as well as a laid back, educational, and fun evening in the kitchen!

Chef Michele will take you through the process step by step in creating each recipe. Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: all-purpose flour, yellow cornmeal, salt, sugar, active dry yeast, butter, olive oil, onion, diced oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic, crushed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, half and half, gelatin, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
