Gnocchi is the famed Italian dumpling, but can be so versatile depending on what ingredients you have on hand!

Join Chef Michele in her Cape Cod kitchen, in our handmade Gnocchi class, made from Ricotta cheese. You will learn to make gnocchi from scratch, served with a homemade Bolognese sauce made from your choice of ground beef or veal. You are encouraged to cook along with the chef, as she will take you through the recipes step-by-step.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: whole milk ricotta cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, onion, celery, carrots, ground beef or veal, milk, nutmeg, dry white wine, Italian plum tomatoes, and grated cheese.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

Guest requirement
We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

We had a very nice time in our class. Michele did a wonderful job of explaining the recipes and talking us through the process. Our bolognese sauce and ricotta gnocchi came out fabulous and was enjoyed by all. The only downside, albeit a very minor one, was that there was a required minimum of 4 persons in order to book the class, but there wasn't enough work to go around keep 4 adults busy and engaged. That being said, my wife and I really enjoy entertaining, and we look forward to serving these dishes to friends and family in the near future. Thanks again, Janice and Louis Ciocci a.k.a. Shmoo
