Join Chef Michele in her Cape Cod kitchen, in our handmade Gnocchi class, made from Ricotta cheese. You will learn to make gnocchi from scratch, served with a homemade Bolognese sauce made from your choice of ground beef or veal. You are encouraged to cook along with the chef, as she will take you through the recipes step-by-step.
Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: whole milk ricotta cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, onion, celery, carrots, ground beef or veal, milk, nutmeg, dry white wine, Italian plum tomatoes, and grated cheese.
Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!
